Downtime is what a business move actually costs. We plan the job around your hours, bring a crew sized to the square footage and keep the loading order organised so the new space comes together instead of turning into a pile of boxes.
Internal moves count too. If you are shuffling departments, clearing a floor for new carpet or consolidating two suites into one, we can do that without a truck ever leaving the parking lot.
Important: we move the furniture, equipment and contents of a commercial building. We do not physically move buildings themselves.

- Number of desks, workstations and offices
- Any elevator, dock or badge access rules
- Whether the move must run after hours
- Heavy or sensitive equipment on site
- Whether IT gear is disconnected in advance
- Building or landlord certificate requirements
- Your target reopening date
Computers, servers and other electronics must be disconnected and packed before the crew arrives — Mountain Dawgs does not provide packing or IT disconnection services.
OUR MOVING POLICIES
Everything here is stated up front so there are no surprises on job day.
| Packing | We do not provide packing services. All belongings must already be packed, sealed and ready to move before our crew arrives. |

| Beds | We disassemble beds for transport and reassemble them at the new location. |
| Crew size | Crew size depends on the size and complexity of the job. We confirm the crew after reviewing your inventory and access. |
| Minimum charge | $500 minimum charge on every job. |
| Deposit | A deposit is required to reserve and book your date. |
| Final balance | The remaining balance is due when the job is completed. |
| Travel | North Alabama is our primary service area. We travel outside it for an additional fee. |
