Demolition is the part of a remodel that stalls everything else. Your cabinet installer cannot start until the old kitchen is out and gone. We do that part — carefully, in the right order, with the debris hauled off the same job.
This is selective interior demolition: we remove the inside materials of a home or commercial space before remodeling. We are not a whole-building demolition contractor and we do not market that service.
Structural work: anything load-bearing must be identified and approved by the appropriate licensed professional before removal. We will not guess at a wall.

Remodel preparation is the whole point. Tell us your contractor's start date and we will plan the tear-out so the space is empty and swept before their first day.
